The working principle of ultrasonic metal melt treatment equipment is as follows:


Ultrasound metal melt processing system consists of two parts: ultrasonic vibration parts and ultrasonic generator. Ultrasound vibration parts are used to produce ultrasonic vibration, including ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, tool head (launcher), and transmit the vibration energy to metal melt. The transducer converts the input electric energy into mechanical energy, i.e. ultrasound. Its form of expression is that the transducer moves back and forth longitudinally, and its amplitude is usually several microns. Such an amplitude power density is not enough and can not be used directly. According to the design requirements, the ultrasonic horn can amplify the amplitude, isolate the metal melt and heat transfer, and also play the role of fixing the whole ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected with the horn, which transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then transmits the ultrasonic energy to the metal melt by the tool head. When metal melt receives ultrasonic wave during cooling or pressing, its grain structure will change significantly, thus improving various physical properties of metal.
